School-Held Student Court Order Record (Family Law and Domestic Violence Orders)
School records showing that a student is the subject of a current family law order or a domestic violence order: the completed "Court Orders" section of the Queensland state school Application for Student Enrolment Form (SEF-1 V8, approved under the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006) - "Family Court Orders" (orders made pursuant to the Family Law Act 1975 concerning the welfare, safety or parenting arrangements of the student) and "Other Court Orders" (such as a domestic violence order) with commencement and end dates - and school file notes recording a parenting or protection order held for a student and the person who may not collect or contact the student. The blank SEF-1 form contains every anchor phrase and is a decoy; enforce tiers need populated order dates and a named student or restricted person. Complements au-qld-student-enrolment-form (form detection) and au-education-guardian-collection-record (collection permissions), which do not tier on court-order content.

- Confidence justification
- Medium: the "Family Court Orders" / "Other Court Orders" headings and the Family Law Act 1975 wording are taken from the published SEF-1 V8 form and are distinctive, but the blank form, the enrolment procedure and family-law guidance for schools contain the same words. Enforce tiers therefore need a filled order date plus a named student or restricted person, which the blank form does not carry. School-side note wording ("not permitted to collect", "do not release to") is not published as formal wording and is matched only as a generic populated-field shape. 85/75 are heuristic evidence tiers, not measured accuracy; test values are synthetic.

Known false positives
- The blank SEF-1 form, the enrolment procedure and family-law guidance for schools (FCFCoA, Legal Aid, other states' guidelines), which use every anchor phrase. Mitigation: Enforce tiers need a filled dd/mm/yyyy order date plus a populated student or restricted-person field; the blank form's ___/___/_____ and label-only fields do not match. Guidance exclusion group for fact sheets and information for schools.
- Protection orders and family-law documents held outside schools (courts, police, legal files) that carry a child's name and order dates. Mitigation: Such documents can reach 75 through the student/child field. The 85 tier needs a school term. The documents themselves are covered by au-dfv-protection-order and the family-law classifiers.
- Collection-permission records without any court order. Mitigation: No court-order primary, so no match; au-education-guardian-collection-record covers them.
