High-value national, tax and financial identifiers for the UK, Canada, India, Singapore, China, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines and Vietnam, plus the global National Drug Code (NDC). Each classifier uses a Purview-safe regex with specific corroborative keywords, and carries a risk rating and sensitivity labels for Australian (PSPF / QGISCF), US, UK, NZ and Canadian schemes.
Detects Brazilian driver licence numbers (CNH - Carteira Nacional de Habilitação). The CNH register number is 11 digits. Structural detection alone is ambiguous with CPF length, so corroborative CNH keywords are required for reliable use.
Detects Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Business Numbers (BN). The core BN is nine digits assigned to a business. Program accounts append a two-letter program identifier (RC, RM, RP, or RT) and a four-digit reference, for example 123456789RC0001 for a corporate income-tax account.
Detects Mainland China Unified Social Credit Codes (统一社会信用代码) assigned to legal persons and other organisations. The code is 18 characters using a restricted alphabet (digits and selected letters excluding I, O, Z, S, V), with an embedded administrative division code in positions 3-8.
Detects US National Drug Codes (NDC) identifying drug products, including common dashed labeler formats (4-4-2, 5-3-2, 5-4-2) and HIPAA 11-digit zero-padded forms. Structural NDC candidates used in pharmacy, claims, and clinical product coding.
Detects Indonesian taxpayer identification numbers (NPWP). Classic NPWP is 15 digits commonly formatted 01.234.567.8-012.000; newer 16-digit forms align with NIK for individuals under tax reform.
Detects Indian Financial System Codes (IFSC) used to identify bank branches on the NEFT/RTGS/IMPS networks. Format is four letters (bank code), a mandatory zero, then six alphanumeric characters (branch code), total length 11, typically uppercase.
Detects Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Universal Account Numbers (UAN). UAN is a 12-digit number assigned to employees to link multiple PF member IDs across employers. Leading digit is non-zero.
Detects Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Virtual Payment Addresses (VPA / UPI ID) used in India. Format is a local part and a payment-service provider handle separated by @ (for example name@oksbi or business@ybl). Handles are alphabetic PSP codes; local parts allow letters, digits, dot, underscore and hyphen.
Detects Mexican CLABE (Clave Bancaria Estandarizada) numbers used for SPEI interbank transfers. CLABE is an 18-digit standardized bank account number including bank code, branch, account and check digit.
Detects Philippines PhilHealth Identification Numbers (PIN) in the common dashed format ##-#########-# (12 digits). Used for national health insurance membership and claims.
Detects Philippines Social Security System (SSS) numbers in the common dashed format ##-#######-# (10 digits total). Continuous digit forms are intentionally out of scope to reduce collision with other national identifiers.
Detects Saudi Arabian Iqama (residence permit) numbers issued to expatriate residents. Iqama numbers are 10 digits and start with 2. Saudi national IDs start with 1 and are covered by sa-national-id.
Detects Singapore Unique Entity Numbers (UEN) issued by ACRA and other agencies to businesses and other entities. Common forms are 8 or 9 digits plus a check letter (local companies) and the issued-year form TyyPQnnnnX / SyyPQnnnnX / RyyPQnnnnX used for other entities.
Detects United Kingdom (and Northern Ireland XI) Value Added Tax registration numbers. Standard trader numbers are GB followed by 9 digits; branch traders use GB plus 12 digits; government departments use GBGD### and health authorities GBHA###. Northern Ireland post-Brexit issues XI-prefixed numbers with the same body formats. Matching is uppercase letter prefixes as issued by HMRC.
Detects Vietnam Citizen Identity Card numbers (Căn cước công dân / CCCD). Modern chip-card numbers are 12 digits beginning with 0, embedding gender/century and place-of-birth codes.
